Aim
The aim of the Workforce Planning project was to deliver a national workforce plan for the radiology service in Scotland, based on data and professional judgement…’ Workforce Planning – Scottish Radiology Transformation Programme (2016-2023)
This included:
- Mapping out the current state of the radiology workforce and supply.
- Projecting future demand using data and scenario modelling and identify the workforce required to meet that demand.
- Recommendations to fill the gaps.
