Step 1: Share the principles
As a service you should identify the activities you do and agree which category each activity falls under. You can use the Job Planning Activity Guide to help you. This should then be shared with each member of the team.

Activity related to the care of a patient/service user
Population health and targeted support
Facilitating Learning, Leadership and Service Improvement/Evidence, Research and Development Pillars and other external duties e.g. admin
Supporting Professional Activities (SPA)
